| Dehydrated and tired, but I'll live.
Oo. Many of my friends have already begun college, beginning their next step into the real world everyone speaks so much of. I, on the other hand, chose to relive my happy childhood, perhaps the last time this summer with all my beloved friends. Today marks the first day I lost my virginity:: to Six Flags, that is. Yes, living in Southern California for seventeen years of my life, and yet, never ever been to Six Flags... I know, I know, pathetic. But I was happy to share this moment with my friends. So let's back-track, and recall what happened since six in the morning.
I woke up to a phone call from my mom's sister. I wasn't mad or anything, just happy I woke up to August 25, 'cause that is the big day. So I listened to my mom talk on the telephone for awhile, made breakfast, eat, and showered. I finally got ready, and commuted to Nanette's enormous house. We were being loud, like usual, but it's okay:: it's in our blood. Finally, everyone got there. [Cameron, Tiffany, Linda, Jaron, Gilbert, Phoebe, George, Nanette, Shanehi, Rosen, Ozeki, and Weseley.]
We finally got to Six Flags, after a long car ride. We bought tickets. Okay... The drama about that. Apparently, Ozeki and I have math issues, and don't know what the meaning of buy one, get one free means. So we bought our tickets separately. It's easier that way. Okay. We enter the park, and rode my first Six Flags ride ever. We chose "Viper." It was excitement to the max. Oh yeah, before that, there was people going off in every direction. Jaron and Linda went to the bathroom, Tiffany and Cameron went to buy funnel cake. [Funny how the couples leave together, maybe they're deceiving me.] Daniel and I went to look at California Waterfall Number 2. [California Waterfall Number 1 was the ladder of milk flowing off the side of the mountain, in the midst of nowhere.]
So today, we rode: X, Psyclone, Scream, Riddler's Revenge, Batman, Gearworks, and Goliath. I may be missing some, but I don't recall::: Those were the highlights at least. Okay, jumping back to lunch real quick.
Lunch: We go to the parking lot, and Rosen brings out this cooler of food. Everyone had sandwiches, had five layer cheese dip, had pickles, had drinks, had chips, and had watermelon. It was a scrumptious lunch; better than the Panda Express that charges $10.00 lunch plate they offered. R.I.P.O.F.F. Since we were eating in the middle of a parking lot, we utilized most of our resources. We used the cars around us in the parking lot as tables. What are the chances of the person returning to their car that we had plates on? Apparently, very high. This group got there, and found sodas and plates on their cars. I felt bad, but it wasn't me who put it up there. But it was funny though. They didn't seem to mind too much either.
And then the real drama begins. O.M.G. Tiffany loses her cellular phone, Rosen loses his keys and camera, and Gilbert loses his keys. It became kind of hectic. But everything turned out okay. Gilbert had his dad deliver a spare key, and Rosen found his keys and camera. Tiffany never found her phone, but I am sure that things will be alright at the end. [Stupid MAX].
Oh yeah. I don't like to be made fun of. Everything I say turns into a joke. And linda blacked out. Sorry Linda, had to throw that in there somewhere. It was the highlight of my day. Daniel thinking you were pretending to be the Ring, when you were swinging your head. OH MAN OH MAN. But in the end, I love you. Don't take it to the love.
I had so much fun guys. I hope we can still do this when we are in college and beyond. Reunion in 30 years, what do you say?
Oh yeah, it was really hot today. Oh yeah yeah, I don't like towel drying.
| I can finally buy cigarettes, porn, lottery, vote, register for the selective services, and break curfew. But there is always one thing people leave out: RIDING THE BIKE WITHOUT A HELMET.. WOOWHOOO. | | |
| New Backgroun/New Colors . Similar Layout. Wayyyy Hotttt.
[[EDIT]] As I was changing my layout for the LJ, my parents were outside trying to move the big-screen television into the yard. [Since we are getting a new one, the old one is to be discarded.] They asked me to assist them, so I was in the back, supporting the tv as we moved it past the doorway and down three steps. Stupidly, I was supporting the television when it starts slipping. The point of the story: I got my finger smashed between the doorway. It's purple. ITS HOT.
Watching some ABC basketball game. USA vs. TURKEY. I mean, IS THERE COMPETITION??? Third Quarter: 49 to 38 [USA]. Olympics are starting in five days. I am so excited. I get all intense during Olympic games. Gotta represent the US of A and China/Taiwan. But mainly USA.
My mom is completely remodeling the interior of our house. She tore away the carpet I had in my room. I actually like the wood floor. It's shiny and slippery. And we are buying a new TV stand, new bookshelf, new tv, and everything else. I guess you can say it's a Spring cleaning, in the middle of the Summer. I have to work in five hours. GAH. I hate working on Sundays. It's the busiest day of the week. WHY? I've concluded because on Fridays and Saturdays, most people go out for dinner, knowing that the next day would still be a weekend. On Sunday, however, most people want to stay home, relax, and order CHINESE FOOD knowing they have to get up and work tomorrow. It's cool. I make sixty bucks on tips on Sundays. I likey.
| Yeah, yeah, yeah. Finally, another update. I haven't had the time after working five days a week from five to ten. It kills me. But today, I didn't do much at the store, resulting in a less lethargic Wenhan. And yes, Nina, my username does spell The Great Philosopher.
I'm working five days a week now. I guess that kills my social life, but money is money. Sadly, I haven't had one money splurge. I've been putting it in the bank. The only thing that I want to buy is: A New Watch. A Nice One. None of that cheap forty dollar one [Not that forty dollars is cheap, but for a watch, it's a little on the less expensive side.]. I'm also buy another button up shirt, one that I shall feel fucken sexy in and one that I can wear on move-in day. Oh, and I need a new SPEEDO.
Nina: I love being "SneakySnake". It's fun. Remember how we used to spy on certain people. Fun times.
And tomorrow, I'm watching the Village tomorrow. I'm hoping it will be good. Friiken spending eight bucks to watch a flick nowadays is insane. Can't wait until watching three dollar flicks at Price Center in San Diego. SWEET. Compensating for the poor college kids.
Recently Discovered: I found two really funny shows: The Simple Life 2 and Amish in the City. Those shows make me laugh so hard.
Gah. Can't wait until college. I wish it would start now.
Random Thought: Catherine Zeta Jones is FUCKEN gorgeous.
| I haven't been doing much lately. I went to the beach three days in a row, which was nice. Odd though. I didn't get burned, but I'm peeling. WEIRD. Anyways, I was so full after eating the yumolie cookies, watermelon, pasta, and whatever else I had that people brought. It was really nice playing volleyball in the water. Too bad the sand was too hot. Gilbert, Phoebe, and Linda::WE STILL HAVE TO GET A REAL COMPETITIVE GAME GOING ON. That would be so fun. And play for the AVP and win. MUAHAHA.
After work, I went to Shanehi's house and watched S.W.A.T. It was an alright movie. But it's not always what you're watching, but the people you are watching it with. I don't think the laughter in the room ever died. And the freakiness of having people look through Shanehi's windows, and talking about the Village and Bourne Supremacy.
I haven't had the opportunity to unite with couple people since school ended. I really want people to call me up, and I have been trying to call people. But every time I call, they are busy. Now you kno, my schedule is always free, so whenever you call me, I will be able to go out. Rescue Me!
Guess what? I've actually been running. I don't run. But I have been. I ran a total of 16 miles since Friday. I kno I kno. All those super runners are probably thinking [That's how far I run everyday], but I think its an accomplishment. I miss swim. I haven't swam in forever.
Somebody, anybody. I want to go to SixFlags, camping, Disneyland, the Zoo, Seaworld, a Waterpark, and anything else fun before school starts. Cuz I kno we probably wont have much opportunities to do so in the future once colelge begins. EKK. College.
